Seems like a scam. I set up an account, and they locked me out the next morning (despite having been verified with ID). All this happened on DAY 1 of our business launch, resulting in inestimable damage to our company. Since there is no one to talk to, I sent tens of emails with no response whatsoever. PLEASE stay far away from this company. A communication company should help you foster better communication with your clients – not ruin your business.
