This is a complete scam. I tried the free trial for a future project. They billed me over $300 before the trial ended and have since said they will be providing a refund. That was over 3 weeks ago. Now not responding to email or messages on there chat option. I will be reporting as fraud.Update: After reporting to my bank I have been refunded from my bank and the bank are now chasing the refund. I have had good communication from ad creative today still what feel like empty promises saying I will get my refund in 2-5/days. So we are back at the start point. I would like to think that was going to happen anyway but I doubt it. Unfortunately my trust has gone. I will update again if the bank manage to actually get the money back. Update 2: I have received an email saying congratulation your refund has been processed and will be with you soon. Very similar to the email saying it would be paid in the next 24 hours. So let’s see what they actually refund if they do. I will update again.
