Writing this as sent a “your opinion matter to us’ email from Complete Savings. I have left a very poor review for Complete Savings for once again not paying when larger sums are due – usually from Booking.com I complained on Trust pilot about non payment of my £250 (I have been waiting for months) with no response to my emails and calls met with “we will look into it and get back to you”. My latest poor review was responded to by them writing on Trust Pilot saying “ sorry to hear etc etc – we will get back with 48hrs” – that was 5 days ago. Still nothing. Don’t bother – this place is a scam if you want anything over £30 paying out. UPDATE – as you can see below they have simply posted the same – give us 48hrs response- this time asking for my details by email. I have emailed them all the details – plus proof of payment and bank account statements – at least 6 times since this began months ago – absolutely zero response. How can they respond same day to a negative Trustpilot review and yet cannot respond the numerous emails directly to them over months!
