Well, there was no booking at the hotel, and the hotel EST Suites had clearly mentioned they were trying to reach @hotel to confirm the booking and process the same, but as there was no reply from @Hotel end, they could not confirm it. I was forced to have another booking in some other hotel, Ideally, I have a right to sue the @Hotel because of this. Please do not make booking from @hotel it’s a scam.
