Clearly a “trial” scam business, from top to bottom. I see 30% of their reviews are 1 star, all related to unauthorised card charges. Adcreative.ai, you guys are a disgrace to SaaS providers and LinkedIn will soon be flooded with the truth. At the end of a trial period its a norm to inform the users that their card will be charged X USD, rather than charging the highest possible amount without any authorisation from the cardholder. How do you expect a business user that is reviewing multiple products to remember to cancel their trial period – on top of that, a 3-day trial period is INTENTIONAL – this is a planned scheme to rob users from their hard earned funds. Shame on you!All your promises to refund are mere BS. You keep saying you will refund but the refund never happens. On top of that you try to fight a chargeback instead of accepting guilt, but you will lose and on top of that, I will make it my personal goal to find out who all of your acquirers are and make sure you guys are shut down for good.
