Got tickets, tickets would not save to wallet on the phone so appeared skeptical.Approached anfield with 2 tickets for my 7 year old son first football game. The tickets failed to work at the gates and on staffs hand held scanners.Was told by staff they where not legit members tickets as would not save to phone only an image on email attachment.I’ve tried to explain to Seatsnet I did not attend and I’ve had one response and then nothing. Can’t get through on phone, can’t get a call back on voice mail! WhatsApp and phone call when attempting to pay though and take my cash?Overall appears to be a scam DONOT USE
