This organization is not transparent on its pricing policies. The landing page gives you a low “joining” fee ($2 in my case). Their chatbot also references this low cost fee. What is hidden at the bottom of the landing page that you won’t see unless you scroll to the bottom is that the actual membership fee is substantially more. In my case I was billed the $2 joining fee and $86 for the membership that was not mentioned by the chat bot or the registration form. I cancelled immediately and called their customer care line to request a refund, but needed to threaten to report fraud to my bank before the agent would agree to the refund. He stated that the membership is clearly shown on the page – and when I went back to look it is hidden down at the bottom – but showed $66 when I was charged $86. Persistence pays off and I did get my refund but would never deal with these folks again. If you are a legitimate business then you need to be upfront and transparent about your charges and billing practices.
