My first time booking with @hotel. It’s very disappointed and seemed like either it’s a scam or a mistake during the process by @hotel. After I received a confirmation of my booking and it said that specific hotel’s name and location clearly on the booking confirmation, then I called that hotel (it is oversea) to ask them about airport shuttle and to make sure our booking is all good (since this is my first time booking from this website) and sure enough, the hotel said that my booking was not for their location, it’s booked for another facility which is a smaller property (and we are not aware at all about this, and nothing has mentioned on the website about this smaller property of this hotel). I felt that either this is a genuine mistake or it seems like a scam, this is not a good experience using @hotel website, especially for my first time. Normally, I use other website that have been around for a long time, but I wanted to give this a try and my first experience was a headache with @hotel. I am waiting for the issue to get fixed, I hope the issue will be resolved, or I hope to be able to cancel and get a refund.
