They request verification of documents to take advantage of the trial access.But you can only find out about it after you pay for the test access.And instead of testing, I have to submit my passport. Actually, I don’t want to do that. And if I knew they were gonna ask me for papers, I wouldn’t buy test access. I’m not interested in using a service that requires my passport information. Why would I know that already by paying. What the hell?Support is not responding.This is outright fraud and deception!
