Process was straight forward, and most importantly it worked. My phone had suddenly become locked following using a sim in Vietnam. Did the network check to see what it was locked to. They found out and then did the next step which ultimately unlocked the phoneHowever I do feel that there should be more transparency in the pricing. After starting the unlock process with an eligibility check it then wanted a further payment. Now I may have missed this on the website, but at this stage I thought I was being scammed. if its going to cost me an amount, tell me that before I start.
