FRAUDSTERS!!!!! THIS IS STRAIGHT UP SCAMMING AT THIS POINT.My sister and I deposited R2550 to Luno using my sister’s LUNO account but its OUR money. Immediately after we deposited the funds. Luno locked her account for absolutely no reason. Mind you, the account has 2FA authentication and completely verified. We used Luno for years without problems. We contacted Luno numerous times, I mean both of US. They aked her to verify her account using the video verification method. She did the video verification AND a phone call verification (they called her) but STILL they did not unlock it… Today, they emailed her telling her to log OUT and log back in on her account (A TRAP TO GET HER TO LOSE THE ACCOUNT, we’ve seen this soo many times happening to people. ONCE YOU LOG OUT, your account is gone!). They told her to change her email address’s password (which has NOTHING TO DO WITH LUNO). They told her to disable the SEND feature on her wallet (Meaning she cannot take money OUT of Luno, basically held hostage). They told her more “verifications” are coming… All those other verifications were all for nothing. They are straight up scamming us NOW. They never disclosed even once WHY was the account locked to begin with. Clearly they are not helping us, they are stealing from us. You can only deposit but you can’t withdraw. WE won’t stop fighting them. This is just fraud.
