So after several failed attempts of getting a refund for a room that I DID NOT CANCEL and was not there upon arrival and still got charged for it, I get a positive response after expressing how bad of a company they are on this site. They make it seem to me and anyone else that reads this like they will grant my refund. Only problem they are now saying my CC will charge them for a refund. Never heard of that especially cause my CC company knows the situation. So again they are making it the most difficult for the consumer to get what they deserve. If this was on my end , I wouldn’t be wasting my time but this is on their end cause again , I never cancelled. I needed the room and it wasn’t there and still got charged for it. It’s a scam. Worse experience dealing with a company. Don’t use this site . Go directly through hotel.
