This company have highly automated booking systems, which have glitches. Correct flights selected, and was directed to pay without the possibility of review. Once paid for I received an email to my horror, with a completely different flight times. Complaints process is a joke… the company accepted no liability and the can’t support to change the flight back to the original time (there were still seats available). I was told no refund and if you can’t use this flight, then book another. Sharp practice and feels like being scammed. ZERO common sense. Also when booking on your phone, Esky’s website appears to be a cloned page of the authentic airline companies website. Hard to tell the difference until you discover there’s a problem once paid!
