CHEAPOAIR is a true scam. I booked my flight to London on the 15 th of May. I got a message from Cheapoair that they have been trying to call me to verify my billing adress. I never had a missed call from cheap o air yet they claimed that they tried to call me. Despite verifying with my bank I sat for over 7 hours on the phone (where I lost a lot of money calling the agents and being transferred from one agent to another). I waited for them as they promised that they would book my flight to no avail. After the daunting calls I asked them to cancel my booking since they had not issued me with a ticket. Im still sitting in my home country my money in the bank is gone and my bank said I must wait until 7 days for the transaction to settle. The world needs to open their eyes and deal with these scammers. WHAT SHOCKS ME THE MOST IS THAT I BOOKED ON LINE straight with Kenyan airways, I just don’t know how cheap o air became my flight agents. I STILL NEED MY MONEY BACK. If anyone lives in an area where they know these agents I think they need to be held accountable.
