I ordered flowers and a balloon for my daughter who gave birth to my first grand baby. There was no delivery. I was told I would receive a full refund. It’s been 8 days. and I haven’t received a refund. I have called the company also to no avail. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company. I believe this company is a ScamUpdate: I did finally receive my refund, after I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Also, I did not order the flowers on Mothers Day at closing time. I ordered the flowers on Thursday, May 11th at around noon. It’s so funny how you now want to communicate, but offered no help to your customer while you put them in a terrible predicament. Where were you when I needed help?
