I order one pillow from derila on line. They charged my credit card for four pillows.Over 100 US dollars.Within 5 min of ordering my credit card was billed for wrong amount then when I asked for confirmation that I only ordered one pillow the customer service said they could not change my order and that the charge stood at 100 and not the 39.00 amount.They said once the product arrived I could send back the pillows that I didn’t want as long as packaging was not touched. Then today May 22,2023 when I tried to send back to the address with the shipping label they sent me it was to Lt-03154, Vilnius Lithuania😳with me paying postage. The postage was $93.23! This company is a scam. The product came in the USA from New York at their Derila support team but the customer like me that was scammed pays to send it overseas to get refund on a non existent refund with the derila company. Going to take steps next to report through the credit card company the fraud I experienced with this company.
