I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I sent MyUS a message to ask if they can deliver a specific product to me in South Africa. They confirmed that it wont be a problem. I then ordered the item and had it delivered to the MyUS warehouse. I then receive a mail to say that they cannot ship it and I will need to pay to have this item returned. Customer support take ages to reply to emails and then they respond with generic emails that have nothing to do with my query.
