This is a fake company with no support. I buy the esim 4 days before my trip. I set it up according with instructions. I have an IT background so it was not difficult for me, however it did not worked. I contacted them no response. I arrived to my destination, it did not worked. After two days I purchase a local esim. Two weeks later!! they come back to me to see if they can help. By them I replayed claiming my money back. They responded one week later that they will not provide it. I will initiate proceeding against them because this is a scam.
