The service is a fraud and not fit for purpose. I tried to book a simple one nights hotel stay with Agoda. Repeatedly I received several emails from agoda straight after booking to say the payment could not be made. I thought this very strange as I knew I had sufficient funds in my account. Literally, unbeknown to me 4 bookings were made and 2 charges taken from my bank accounts. Agoda are repeatedly telling me they are unable to get through to the agent as it is busy, therefore having to send an email. I’m curious who the agent is they use. The issue lies with Agoda to rectify with the 3td party, and I have been trying to receive a refundx2 for the past 5 days….It is a nightmare!! Charged£130 for one night. Never again!!
