SCAM!! Do not order from this company, you will not get what you ordered.I ordered 4 jumpsuits and got 2 awful TShirts that would only fit a child.I raised a dispute, they offered me to keep the items and they’d refund me 10%. I refused. After many emails back and forth they increased the offer to 15%, then 20%. Then said if I won’t accept that offer then I can return them to China, at my expense. Which contradicts their own T&C’s on their website. They claim that if it’s their error then they will pay return postage. I pointed this out in several emails but they just kept insisting that I have to pay.They say as far as they are concerned, the tracking info shows that they have successfully delivered my order so they can’t just refund me like I’m requesting.They said that the error was to do with incorrect SKU details on the packaging. Which is clearly nonsense. I ordered 4 items, I only received 2, so incorrect SKU or not, I should have still received 4 itemsI’ve now filed a claim back through my card company and have had a refund. So persevere guys, claim back through your card company, it was so easy.
