I had an account with the Canary Wharf Spaces office which I canceled two months ago. However they continue to take payments from my account. I was told last month the payments would be canceled, but they haven’t. I called their “head office” (IWG plc) and I was told the person I need to speak to has gone home for day.When I called the Canary Wharf office, someone called Michael told me (quite rudely) he was too busy to deal with it and I need to send an email.Well, I sent an email last month and they didn’t cancel it then.Now I have to waste my time dealing with this, and reporting the payments to my bank as fraudulent.Very worrying when a scam masquerades as a legitimate, professional company.Save yourself a lot of headaches and stay away from this company.
