I ordered a fragrance and paid for it. It’s not pending, it went through 15 days ago. NOT PENDING. And then received an email a day ago, saying they wanted my credit card info including pin and verification key because they had delayed to ship too long and my card was declined. Except that’s not true at all because checking my bank statement the charge went through without pending and they have my money. What a scam. They try to double charge some people? And it’s an attempt to get my credit card info, by who knows which employee etc.
