    Update: This is in reference to the response from Greenlight….isn’t is funny that you’re unable to find my account as well as the several other accounts from others which have also been scammed by you. Shame on your company!! I made sure to report you to the BBB I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I heard good things about Greenlight and finally decided to open up an account for my kids. I loaded money into the account and the cards were shipped out. Three days later I get an email that my account was deactivated without any explanation and that $10 would be refunded back to me. I immediately reached out to customer support and no explanation was given whatsoever regarding the deactivation and I was told that a supervisor wasn’t available to speak with. I tried to call back 3 separate times and was given excuse after excuse as to why a supervisor wasn’t available. Each representative that I spoke with read from a script instead of answering the questions that I asked. I deposited a total of $50 and couldn’t be given an explanation as to why only $10 was going to be refunded. I still to this day haven’t received a penny back of the money that I originally gave to this company. I feel like I was scammed. All I want is my money back and have been unsuccessful at getting this situation anywhere near resolved. Save yourself the frustration and headache……RUN!!!!
