Scam! They chared me for a “premium” plate that I didn’t even know about. First my card got a charge for the normal $40. But then hours later I got another $20 charge for ONE plate. Yes one plate for $20. Because it was premium. Nowhere during my checkout did it alert me of this or show this price. It only showed me the $40. I raised a support request and they told me I can’t get a refund. I will NOT be using everyfresh or hellofresh ever again.UPDATE:Someone from Hellofresh reached out to me (Hellofresh owns Everyplate) they looked into the issue and where able to help me out. Not sure why Everyplate support was so stubborn about me getting a refund on a mistake on their website. I’m glad Hellofresh was able to resolve it.
