I ordered a WGS kit from Dante Labs in November and the results have still not yet been delivered. Please note that it has now been 25 weeks (6 months) while their site advertises a 6-week turnaround time. Customer Service has not been helpful, and says that they are “working on it”, as they have been saying since January.Like others have stated, this service and business is a scam. New customers should avoid their lab at all costs and seek alternatives instead. Do not order from Dante Labs.
