Hannah was extremely personable and made sure I understood everything. As well as explaining in detail so I could actually understand. She was extremely patient with all of my questions and was so very nice. Literally the best customer service representative I have ever spoken to. She is truly a gem and I appreciate her so very much.Edit: while my rep. Was super nice the whole internet says this is a scam. And there’s no success reviews. All the good reviews are about the customer service but not the actual success of the service. I feel dumb falling for this scam. I called back the same day to cancel and both numbers I called hung up on me immediately. It’s just all to sketchy. Worst part is since I couldn’t contact them I’m not getting reimbursed even though this was literally all done in the same day. On top of that I gave them all of my info so now I’m terrified of my identity being stolen. Don’t make the same mistake I did
