Total scam!!! I tried for 3 months to cancel my subscription and they kept charging my account anyway. I followed the directions on how to get my money refunded exactly how they say to, and they just keep sending emails saying to refer to the online help section. When i called them they said I was not eligible for a refund even though they shouldn’t have charged my account after I canceled it. They promise money back guarantee and it’s a total lie.
