Scammed. Terrible customer service when needed most. Paid £40 for kit, which arrived and then I was locked out of my account for being “under 18” despite my birth date (early 2005) being over 18. Tried to email, no reply. Tried to phone, my account is not classed as a “paying customer” EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT THE £40 KIT. Absolutely abhorrent service and will report to scam watchdogs if my account isn’t reactivated. Be careful!
