I had a similar experience to some of the other recent reviews. They took my money, but when I went to activate the card that took two weeks to arrive, they locked it as soon as I made the larger transfer to the account in order to start really using it. They told me they couldn’t verify my information and just closed it down for fraud. They told me they won’t reactivate it, and I can’t open another account. I will supposedly be getting my money back in 5-10 business days, but I have never experienced anything like this, especially from a supposed banking institution. So…they just eliminated a customer who was about to drop quite a bit of money into their accounts, but thanks for treating me like a criminal. I do have an adult daughter with mental health challenges who needed the extra boundaries on spending, so maybe that was their issue, but they should have at least notified me that was the case and perhaps BEFORE we got the card. However, I will never really know for sure if that was the reason due to their subpar communications. I just better get my money back at least at least.
