Don’t use this company it’s a scam. I booked a cab from T5 at Heathrow on 30th April at 8.30. I didn’t book with Taxicode as I’ve never heard of them and I don’t know how they took over my booking. The driver didn’t turn up and after two hours a driver contacted me and to make things worse he was instructed to go to T2 not T5. Great shame as the driver was very nice and helpful. It’s a complete scam as I’ve sent several emails to them but they don’t reply. If you call them you go onto an automated answer and after holding on for ages you are told that nobody is available. You leave you phone number but you never receive a reply.Their confirmation emails are very professional but that were it ends. I don’t think they have any cabs at all Awful experience for my wife and I to the end of our holiday. Don’t use!!!
