Just like all the other reviews, this so called company is a scam. The email works right after you place the order, but a couple of weeks later when you try to follow up you get a bounce back email. I ordered the wooden digital piano. Then a second one by mistake. Emailed them to cancel one. They responded by saying the order is being prepared, they will provide a tracking number, expect delivery 15-20 “working days”. At 20 working days I emailed to inquire about both orders, got nowhere! Luckily I paid with Amex card and they took it off my bill. Social media should not let this company scam people. They should be barred from selling. The feds should Tracy them down and shut them down. It’s Robbery!
