SCAM!!!!!! THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS IN 0.1 SECONDS ON THEIR PAGE. If I had the option, I would leave no stars. I had great hopes when I first purchased this car seat. When I received the seat, I was disappointed with the quality, especially given the high price point and advertisement as the most comfy car seat for our fur babies. The top cover had a massive hole in it, and the chair clasp was missing a hook. I reached out to customer support, who told that they are unable to accept the item back and will give me a new cover, clasp, and toy for my dog as compensation for the inconvenience. I was disappointed that they refused to accept a return/refund and instead took the replacement. It took more than three weeks for the replacement car seat with the cheapest tiny toy to come. I was finally able to use the seat, and my 2 year old 15 pound F2B minature goldendoodle was able to slip out in seconds after the leash snapped with a slight tug. Thankfully, we didn’t start driving yet, otherwise my dog could have been hurt. It’s mind-boggling that the seat is so cheaply made and that a $15 car seat from Amazon would have been a safer option for my dog. I contacted them again and requested a refund; they told they couldn’t because it was out of warranty (14 day) and offered me a discount to refund me. I strongly suggest you to avoid this company and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
