Total scam Company. Sent a ring instead of order – said this was a gift and offered me 50%, then 60%, then 90%, then 100% which would take 25 days. Then email saying order was delivered, then email saying delivery address was wrong. Contacted bank who raised this as a disputed payment on my credit card and advised me of the action I had to take (which was sending email asking them to collect the ring – as I paid on mastercard – and deliver or refund my order). Had to wait so many days then bank refunded. If you pay on visa credit card you have to actually try to return the ring which is hard as the address on website in Ireland is a fake address. Make sure that you keep all you emails as bank will ask for info – it was easy to get the money back, just time consuming. Emails, although from a chinese company, come from Bella, Emma, Hansen !?!?! Do not give up, reclaim from your Bank who will then recoup from the company. Otherwise, they WIN!!. Felt better wishing them eternal bad luck, which I hope works!
