I used Zety to make a basic resume template but to view and/or download this I had to create an account in early May. I chose not to pay for a subscription nor was it ever requested to pay for a subscription so I didn’t bother moving forward with it. I was spammed with promotional emails from Zety and after unsubscribing from the mailing list several times I was still receiving emails. I reached out to their support team who told me they could not find an account with my email.. but how could I login to an account through their website? How and why were they spamming my email if this were the case?!Oh, and don’t expect bad reviews to stay up because Zety flags them as fraudulent and Trustpilot customer rep Tamer can’t read email dates and will remove the review. Will be reviewing Zety & Ttustpilot via Product Review too where they aren’t stupid and don’t allow companies to remove reviews.
