Borderline fraudulent operation. Be careful!! After setting up an account and giving them my facial recognition verification, drivers license, social security etc, I set up an account, linked my bank info, and set up a transfer. They waited a few hours and closed my account without cause. In summary they mined my picture and sensitive personal information and did not provide the service promised. They have not initiated any further contact. The website does not accept appeals. Their glitchy website (I used a computer not a phone) has trouble linking accounts and gives no reasons as to why, necessitating repeated attempts, which in turn probably trigger alerts on their end that get you blacklisted from their site.
