COMPLETE SCAM, AVOID!Update: Promised replacement taxi was never provided. Taxicode only notified me at 01:40 when my pick up was 04:30. Thankfully I made the assumption they wouldn’t appear so booked a local firm before going to bed. Booked and PAID a week in advance of my trip. Taxicode allocated a taxi firm for my journey and then I received a cancellation from the other taxi firm 10 hours before my pickup.Taxicode then said I should have another taxi firm allocated by midnight. My collection is 04:30 – totally unacceptable. To make matters worse, they won’t allow me to cancel as apparently I need to give them the opportunity to find me alternative transportation.This is clearly just a scam to get money up front from people.Honestly for the love of god, DO NOT BOOK!
