This website is a scam. They took my money and cancelled my appointment the moment I made it. The reason claimed for cancellation was that “the payment method was rejected”, but that certainly didn’t stop them from charging me. They refuse to “refund” me, as though it could even be called a refund. They did not provide a service to refund. They stole my money.DO NOT trust them just because they publicly reply to negative reviews. It’s a PR stunt. Their “customer support” does absolutely nothing to make things right. They insisted that since I gave them my payment information, any money they take out of my bank account legally belongs to them regardless of whether they provide a service. I should have believed the fact that 40% of people left 1-star reviews. I’ve never seen such a high rate of 1-star reviews in my life, and the reason is clear: Donefirst are operating fraudulently.
