I placed a bet of 50 euros without choosing to play with bonus, and just when I placed it I noticed next to my bet that this was entered with bonus money which I never chose. After that I entered to my account and there was an option to cancel bonus. after I cancelled bonus from my account, my bet was showning in my open bets with my potential winnings, and when my bet won no money was added to my account and the customer support told me that since I cancelled the bonus then I get no winnings. Bote that when cancelling the bonus there was nowhere any notification that open bets potential winnings will not be paid. Obviously they try to scam people with their bonuses and their customer service is horrible.
