ordered goods, a large package came with other orders inside and a random parcel i hadnt ordered, BUT the main thing i ordered wasnt in it, contacted seller, ignored, contacted again, ignored, asked ali express to step in for a refund, 3 second after i sent that i got a message saying refund denied !!! i have appealed it 4 times and finally they asked the seller if they agreed that i shouldnt get a refund.. suprisingly they DID agree i shouldnt get one !!! i have now had to close down my small business as i cannot fulfil the orders, as i cant afford to replace the items.. disgusting..theres no buyers protection.. and while i am at it.. i buy everything 15 day delivery guaranteed, never once have they been on time.. double the 15 days and add some, and watch how the delivery estimate changes !!!!! also i had one store take my money then contact me and ask for a further $40 or i couldnt have my goods.. get rodded.. scams all over .. there a few decent stores, not many
