I’ve made a few smaller orders before with no issues minus slightly longer shipping times but my latest order was a big haul and spent a lot. But I’ve not received it. It took a month to even process and it’s been 2 weeks since it was “shipped and complete” but the courier company is still in waiting to receive the parcel status. I’ve emailed, live chat message, contacted on social media and no response but the automated one. Unacceptable. I’ll give it 1 more week before I put in for a refund on PayPal because I’m certain they’re scamming me now.
