This shopping experience is taking me for a ride with my OWN HARD WORKING MONEY! This is my first time writing a review on a company as I am appalled! I’ve purchased several items from this site, but this one particular item couldn’t fit. I’ve sent it back for a refund and re-ordered the item in a bigger size. The returned item was received 4/24 and I had to follow up with them on 5/3. They claim their process takes about 8-12 days, which is a LIE! I followed up with them again 5/12, NOTHING. Followed up again 5/16, and to receive a response right away, “Hello, our warehouse received your returned package and found that the clothes were damaged after inspection. We can’t provide you with a refund” FOR SOMETHING I NEVER WORE AND CAN’T FIT! They are SCAMMERS! They would most likely re-sell it! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
