TLDR; It works until they scam you or you have something go wrong, then customer support will ignore you and tell you they are busy until you stop messaging them. Literally been scammed by them, done 2 or 3 trades and thought it was trustworthy so I traded my knife on there and the trade got canceled but the knife got taken, it has been two months and the customer support keeps ignoring me and telling me they are busy when on other sites the same people are talking to me.
