This company allows merchants to defraud customers and does nothing except tell you to contact your bank. They allow them to continue being a client and bear zero responsibilty when consumers are being scammed over and over again. They don’t even keep track of these merchants on any social media sites or search engines. Which is where you find out a lot of information, such as are they scammers, is it a legitimate business, etc.. AGAIN NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR THE MERCHANTS THEY REPRESENT. YOU, AS A COMPANY SHOULD FORCE THEM TO REFUND PEOPLE THEY’VE SCAMMED, OR DO IT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRIPE DASHBOARD!!
