I Booked a trip to milan and a hotel. The flight to milan was never prossesed and their only response was to just buy another ticket which i did for twice the amount for the original ticket!The hotel they Booked didnt have my reservation and because of that í was without a hotel at 2am in the Middle of the night .This resulted in my trip costing twice the original amount and edreams refuse to refund me for the hotel !Ive talked to them numerous times and they all tell you to just leave á complaint.I will never use this company again and will suggest no one will on online traveling forums. It is a scam company do not use
