Update on my previous review, they did e-mail me asking for some documents, sent 5 e-mails since with absolutely no reply! This is a joke, they’re extremely slow and at this point is already ridiculous! For anyone out there that wants to use dundle, DON’T!!!! Find another way to get your vouchers. They are bragging about having so many payment methods but only AFTER they take your money they ask to check identity. And even though my payment was successful and my verification with Shufti was successful they just said they can’t deliver my order to me without any other explanation. They asked me for phone invoice which shows the charges but my invoice won’t be ready until next month (which anyone with a minimum of common sense would know) but I sent screenshots of the charges in my app together with last month’s invoice proving the phone numbers are mine and they just ghosted me ! No matter how many e-mails you send they won’t bother to reply. I understand I was scammed and I lost the money already and never again am I going to use this site for anything, BUT PLEASE EVERYONE WHO EVEN THINKS USING THIS SITE DON’T, AVOID AT ANY COST ! IT’S A BIG SCAM
