Absolute scam. 50p for a pdf conversion to word 4 days later £29.90 taken from my account. Very sly underhand rip off. Nothing more than thieves. Cost of living the way it is and they are happy to con unsuspecting customers. Avoid this company at all costs. Again I’m sure there will be something in their small print cleverly written
