They are total scammers! I booked a flight and bought cancellation insurance! I had to cancel the flight and I have called 3 times already and every time I give them my cancellation number and then they put me on hold for a long time and give me a different date that I will get my refund and I am still waiting. Now it is supposed to come May 24th but I don’t expect to see it! I am out $650 🙁
