I was a constant buyer from mtcgame. I didn’t face any problems with them, until about a week ago when they sent me a 10$ usa roblox card which was had problems with, it didn’t redeem on my account and when I contacted the support they redeemed the card but I only received 6.77$ . Which means that they sent me a card that is not USAWhich had me talk to mtcgame support, THEY ARE HORRIBLE . Always saying send tickets ,contact this email etc.. they are always coming up with excuses the make NO SENSE. I know I have lost my money and my trust in this site. BY THE WAY THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME.Hope it fixes its issues so people don’t become scammed ever again
