This company is a scam. I have booked 2 return tickets for Tokyo. My wife is currently is high risk pregnancy and she has been advised not to travel in her conditions. Japan Airline has agreed to refund the full costs of the tickets but as I have booked through GotoGate, I needed to contact GotoGate customer service and asked them to contact Japan Airline to then proceed with the refund. I have been in touch with Gotogate customer service for more than a month now and I have been asked to provide 4 times the same medical certificates and being told support team will contact me to proceed with the refund. It’s been a month and I am calling multiple times a week and no one has ever called back. This is shocking and causing additional stress to me and my wife putting more risk on her pregnancy. Do not book any flight tickets with Gotogate!
