Bought tickets for the Milan Derby a week in advance through the site. The seller hadn’t uploaded the tickets. I tried calling and emailing SeatsNet for support but no response. I then checked the reviews and saw lots of negative reviews calling the site a scam. I then began panicking that I’d been done out of a load of money. At about 11am the morning of the game, I got a notification – the tickets had been uploaded by the Seller. I checked them on the AC Milan website immediately – It verified that they were the real deal. We got into the stadium with no issue and had a great night. The website and customer support seems dodgy as heck, BUT I did get my tickets in time for the event. I probably WILL NOT buy via Seats Net again since the experience is arguably sketchy and the customer service terrible BUT if you have recently purchased then I would say to hold out until the day of the event since it came through for me.
